Lead the delivery of complex structural engineering projects while setting engineering standards and governance for the Structures practice. Provide strategic technical leadership, act as a senior technical reviewer and trusted advisor on major projects, and drive innovation through digital engineering and modern delivery methods. Mentor and develop senior engineers, strengthen multidisciplinary and client relationships, and shape technical solutions, scopes, and winning proposals across New Zealand, Australia, and the global AECOM network.
