Job Summary

Lead and deliver complex ServiceNow implementations, designing and deploying solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and related modules. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and architect scalable platform solutions, providing technical leadership and mentoring for junior consultants. Configure and maintain ServiceNow applications, integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP and MID Servers, and ensure code quality, performance tuning, and security/compliance. Support pre-sales activities with demos and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
•Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, maintaining platform integrity and best practices.
•Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers; conduct code reviews and performance tuning while ensuring security/compliance.
•Stay current with ServiceNow releases and recommend platform enhancements; support pre-sales activities such as solutioning, demos, and proposal development.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
•Proven track record delivering ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
•Must have CSA certification plus CIS (any) and CAD (level-based requirements for Junior/Intermediate/Senior).
•Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and data model, with proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development tools.
