Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Sales by ensuring the right price and offer through deal structures that increase revenue and provide mutual customer benefit.
  • •Guide sales on best deal structures during forecast calls, proactively engaging sales leadership on inventive deal structures.
  • •Serve as the subject matter authority on sales processes including early renewals, order docs, channel considerations, licensing models, programs, pricing, and conversion programs.
  • •Develop pricing strategies with sales teams to build compelling commercial proposals, and train sales on new programs to ensure adoption.
  • •Lead month-end war rooms on deal-structure challenges and timelines; compose and coordinate order documents with Legal and Revenue Recognition for customized T&Cs and compliance approvals.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years of applicable experience in a fast-growing software enterprise with comfort working to deadlines in virtual/matrix organizations.
  • •Ability to find solutions to sophisticated, changing business challenges with strong data management, data quality audit, and documentation/presentation of results.
  • •Experience with Salesforce.com reporting and administration.
  • •Proven leadership of results-driven sales programs, with strong problem-solving and management skills.
  • •Strong interpersonal, written, and presentation skills; detail-oriented with advanced MS Office skills.
