Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver BCO tasks in line with agreed OKRs, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • •Support the end-to-end credit and lending servicing journey for customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
