Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, scope, and deliver high-impact projects end-to-end with appropriate resources and partners.
  • •Coordinate proactively with stakeholders and communicate insights and business implications to technical and executive audiences.
  • •Develop frameworks and measurement approaches for marketplace and product questions, including experimentation and causal inference.
  • •Apply rigorous analytical and causal inference methods such as experimentation, quasi-experimental designs, and forecasting/measurement.
  • •Own and improve shared decision-making programs and DS infrastructure, including experimentation practices, market-based testing, and impact measurement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 168,300 - 217,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of professional experience in economics, analytics, or data science (e.g., tech, consulting, or government).
  • •Proficiency with empirical econometrics and causal inference methods, including experimentation and IV, as well as panel data and discrete models.
  • •Proficiency with SQL.
  • •Proficiency with R or Python, including strong data visualization skills.
  • •Strong communication skills to explain complex methods clearly and tailor messaging to technical and executive audiences.
