Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain office and shipping supplies, including ordering fruit and snacks weekly and ensuring daily support for kitchen equipment.
  • •Manage shipping/receiving, weekly mailbox checks, leadership document signatures, and employee/guest badge programming with building management.
  • •Plan meeting logistics, order catering, coordinate conference room technical setup with IT, and handle room setup and cleanup for visitors and large teams.
  • •Act as primary point of contact for visiting teams, office question surveys, and facility maintenance requests (janitorial, plumbing, electrical) with building management.
  • •Evaluate office space utilization and ongoing activities to recommend continuous improvements and resolve or escalate ad hoc inquiries.
