Data Entry Specialist

Ensure a smooth transition of vehicle ownership by processing customer registrations end to end. Review documents for accuracy, manage and update customer records, and interact with state and county licensing departments and the local DMV to drop off, pick up, receive, and file paperwork. Use internal and external databases and a customer tracking system to input, cross-reference, and retrieve information while supporting customer follow-up and handling other assigned duties.
