Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate Medicare Advantage and Medicaid Risk Adjustment requirements into technical specifications and production-ready solutions for Encounter RA workflows.
  • •Analyze requirements and data needs to automate processing and improve business systems, supporting SAS code and future Snowflake migration.
  • •Integrate complex healthcare datasets (claims, enrollment, provider, pharmacy, clinical records, and vendor chart data) to build robust, real-time database solutions.
  • •Modernize legacy SAS ETL into scalable Snowflake architecture and help orchestrate automated pipelines using Snowflake tools.
  • •Implement validation, reconciliation, and data quality frameworks aligned to CMS audit standards and state Medicaid requirements, and provide ad-hoc analysis/reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) with technical data analysis and system analysis/design documentation experience.
  • •Advanced programming experience in SAS and SQL, with 4+ years relevant programming (plus 1+ year healthcare experience).
  • •Experience with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and Risk Adjustment, including encounter submissions and related healthcare datasets (claims, enrollment, provider, pharmacy, clinical, vendor chart data).
  • •Experience modernizing SAS ETL workflows into Snowflake using Snowflake SQL and Snowpark Python, including automated pipeline orchestration concepts.
  • •Preferred: 3+ years of related business analysis and 1+ year of experience with ASP/ASP.NET.
