Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day fund accounting and reporting, including NAV oversight, capital activity, fee and promote calculations, and quarterly close deliverables
•Lead coordination with internal and external auditors, including audit execution and SOX control oversight
•Partner with cross-functional teams on preparation and review of 10‑Q, 10‑K, and other recurring SEC filings
•Monitor and manage fund liquidity across the structure, supporting investor subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, and treasury operations
•Lead and mentor junior team members; contribute to continuous process improvement and ad‑hoc strategic initiatives

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
•6+ years of public and/or private accounting experience, with exposure to public companies, open-ended funds, or private markets
•Strong understanding of SEC reporting and complex fund structures
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong written and verbal communication skills
•Experience leading or mentoring junior staff and coordinating with internal/external auditors
