Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform engineering tasks supporting development, integration, and deployment of training systems and associated software applications.
  • •Assist in networking design, system configuration, and interfacing with platform simulation applications as part of integrated training solutions.
  • •Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications for training system components.
  • •Install, configure, and support software applications and operating systems used in simulation environments.
  • •Participate in all software development phases for the Training System Support Center, including requirements review, design, coding, integration, testing, and deployment; perform product-level troubleshooting and maintain technical documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline (equivalent experience considered).
  • •1–3 years of experience in software development, systems integration, or engineering support roles.
  • •Foundational knowledge of software programming, debugging, and structured development practices.
  • •Familiarity with operating systems, networking principles, and software installation processes.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and effective written and verbal communication for status reporting and documentation.
