Sales Associate (Full-Time) - Williamsburg

Drive store sales goals by delivering an authentic ALO experience through product education and personal connection to guests. Lead and exceed sales targets by supporting ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency. Build daily client relationships, resolve customer needs quickly, and educate guests and staff on product, community, and culture. Support store operations including sales floor coverage, shipment/product flow, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
