Job Summary

Support the development of Jefferies’ SBL business in Tokyo by coordinating with technology, business units, vendors and IT to build the front and middle office workflow using Global 1 and I-STAR. You’ll document processes, coordinate testing, manage liquidity and margin activities for Japanese equities, and drive process improvements while aligning with SBL market practices and equity financing.

•Document current and proposed operational processes, applications, and workflow

•Manage liquidity and capital capacity across Equities in Japan.

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of experience in SBL operations.
•Comprehensive knowledge and experience working in the SBL area is essential.
•Preferably having experience with Global 1 & NRI I-STAR Core system.
•Strong organizational and communication skills.
•The ability to gather and compile business requirements is crucial.
