Job Summary

Serve as the on-the-ground face of co-branded credit card programs in retail locations, working with store associates and guests to drive card acquisition and increase program penetration. Train and coach retail partners on card sales, objection handling, and program value, help customers complete compliant applications, and track performance metrics to meet daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as an on-site brand ambassador, communicating card features, benefits, rewards, and promotional offers to store associates and guests.
•Train and coach retail store associates on card sales techniques, objection handling, and program value to drive independent card applications.
•Drive card acquisition by connecting credit card benefits to the in-store shopping experience and tailoring recommendations to customer needs.
•Assist customers with completing credit card applications accurately and compliantly from start to finish.
•Track and report store-level performance metrics (application volume, associate engagement, cardholder penetration) to support acquisition goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience, with credit card, financial services, or consumer banking experience as a strong plus.
•Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with diverse customers and store associates.
•Comfort working in a dynamic, field-based role with regular travel across assigned retail locations.
•High school diploma or equivalent, plus availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
