Job Summary

Lead the inbound follow-up and mid-funnel layer of the sales engine, strengthening systems, coaching, and consistency across the sales floor. Manage and develop the SDR and Sales Associate follow-up team, design and A/B test follow-up sequences, and run no-show recovery and reactivation campaigns. Oversee partner-sourced lead handling, review calls with a sales scorecard, and drive measurable improvements in conversion, SLAs, and revenue recovery.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and develop the inbound follow-up team, including SDRs and Sales Associates, with regular 1:1s, performance coaching, and hiring.
•Design, write, and A/B test follow-up sequences across email and chat, using reply rate, re-engagement rate, and conversion as scorecards.
•Build and manage no-show recovery, rebooking missed/cancelled demos, and run reactivation campaigns for aged and closed-lost opportunities.
•Oversee channel partner lead handling by establishing ownership, follow-up, and reporting standards and tracking partner-sourced performance.
•Review recorded calls and demos with a written sales scorecard, run calibration sessions, coach Account Executives on discovery and objection handling, and maintain the sales knowledge base.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PHP 90,000 - 110,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•At least 4 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, revenue operations, or a similar commercial role.
•At least 2 years of experience managing or coaching a sales team.
•Proven experience improving follow-up, pipeline conversion, show rates, or sales-cycle performance.
•Strong understanding of inbound sales funnels, lead management, and mid-funnel conversion.
•Strong CRM discipline and experience working with platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
