•Track spend against program budgets and flag variances to leadership.
•Build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure to provide real-time visibility into program status, trends, and open decisions.
•Pull together monthly operational updates by synthesizing data from tools like Jira, Zendesk, Airtable, Salesforce, and BI tools into clear, actionable summaries.

•Program/process-design skills demonstrated through a program management certification or 2+ years of project management experience, including SOPs and governance documentation.
•High comfort with productivity and data tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Salesforce, Airtable, and BI dashboards, with ability to learn new systems (including AI-enabled tools).
•Strong documentation and organization skills, including maintaining accurate datasets and establishing an audit cadence.
