Job Summary

Own platform-level execution of critical development silicon, including development, test vehicle, engineering, and experimental lots for Intel Foundry customers. Serve as an expert in wafer/package assembly integrated flows, contributing to design risk, design planning, and process integration to hit PADK milestones. Partner across integration teams and factory organizations to drive on-schedule manufacturing execution, run lot management, manage upstream/downstream schedules, and support FMEA and manufacturing flow fundamentals.

•Drive wafer/package assembly integrated flows and partner with design integration and wafer/package integration teams
•Collaborate with cross-site/functional teams and Intel partners to deliver process requirements on schedule, quality, and cost targets
•Lead regular lot management meetings and maintain upstream/downstream schedules; communicate delays or ahead-of-schedule lot arrival to customers
•Drive critical silicon through segments of the manufacturing flow and build product/program level schedules to deliver PADK milestones to closure

Key Requirements

•MS degree with 5+ years of experience in Wafer/Package assembly, or PhD with 3+ years of experience in Wafer/Package assembly
•MS or PhD in a relevant Engineering field (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Engineer, Sciences, or related)
•Lead collaborative efforts and drive activities to successful completion, mentoring others on resolving technical issues
•Build and maintain schedules and Gantt timelines in Excel or other applications
•Understand and execute FMEA and key/control parameters for process flows and technology requirements
