Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Wealth Solutions leadership to support delivery of business objectives and identify opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • •Support operational governance and risk-related activities including business continuity, disaster recovery, supplier oversight, incident management, and control improvements.
  • •Lead or contribute to operational, technology, and regulatory change initiatives with governance, risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and implementation planning.
  • •Prepare management information, KPI reporting, governance materials, and meeting packs; track agreed actions to support timely closure.
  • •Collaborate with Operational Governance, Risk, Compliance, and other functions for reviews, audits, assurance activities, and regulatory requirements; help embed consistent governance standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Operations Management (or related role), ideally within financial services, professional services, or another regulated environment.
  • •Experience producing management information, KPIs, and senior-level reporting.
  • •Ability to collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to support operational delivery and business objectives.
  • •Knowledge of operational risk management, governance frameworks, controls, business resilience, and incident management.
  • •Experience supporting or coordinating operational, regulatory, process improvement, or technology-related initiatives.
