Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate loan closings by preparing and reviewing complex commercial loan documents in line with bank policy and regulatory requirements.
  • •Prepare complex loan documents for new loans, renewals, extensions, and modifications using in-house and third-party documentation platforms (LaserPro, Etran, Word templates).
  • •Conduct lien searches and due diligence, review loan and collateral-related third-party documents, and prepare lien perfection documents.
  • •Review organizational documents, appraisals, surveys, and flood determinations/policies to ensure conformity with bank and SBA SOP standards and authorize closings.
  • •Coordinate letters of credit and partner with underwriters, relationship managers, customers, agent banks, attorneys, title companies, and insurance agents to meet closing conditions.

Salary: USD 80,800 - 92,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in Loan Closing experience.
  • •At least 3 years of customer service experience in Small Business or Commercial lending support role.
