Job Summary

Conduct customer due diligence (CDD/EDD) and enhanced due diligence to verify identities, beneficial ownership, source of wealth, and adverse media signals. Perform transaction monitoring and periodic customer reviews, maintain accurate KYC/AML records, and ensure data privacy compliance. Complete risk assessments, document findings, escalate out-of-tolerance cases, and file Suspicious Activity Reports when needed while meeting team KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform initial and ongoing Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews using a risk-based approach.
•Collect, analyze, and verify customer information in line with KYC/AML guidelines, including identity documents, registries, beneficial ownership, source of wealth, and adverse media screening.
•Review transaction history and conduct periodic reviews to identify behavior patterns and changes in customer history and account usage.
•Maintain accurate, organized KYC records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal data security protocols.
•Conduct and document customer risk assessments, escalate when needed, and file Suspicious Activity Reports with proper documentation and rationale.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of operations experience, preferably in CDD/EDD/AML or compliance roles.
•Basic knowledge of global KYC/AML compliance regulations and standards.
•Ability to apply a risk-based approach to decisions and work independently within defined procedures.
•Excellent verbal and written English skills, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Flexible to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
