Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on Entrust equipment with high autonomy.
  • •Test, diagnose, and resolve issues on systems including mechanical embossers, thermal image application/laminating, magstripe/chip data writing, and ultraviolet curing.
  • •Handle day-to-day repairs such as cleaning rollers/sensors, calibrating sensors and devices, and evaluating/replacing parts and sensors.
  • •Maintain accurate trunk inventory and follow processes for service activity reporting and call management using a dispatch system.
  • •Represent Entrust to customers while delivering reliable, timely service and independently resolving most customer situations.
