Lead Software Engineer - Full Stack

Lead full-stack product development end-to-end, owning major features from inception through launch. Partner with product and design teams to deliver iterative improvements that delight customers. Write clean, scalable code and drive architecture and technical design for critical frontend and backend functionality, while architecting, testing, and releasing high-quality features. Provide technical direction for the Experience & HRIS suite, mentor peers, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product quality.
