Sales Support Associate II

Provide warm, professional customer service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor. Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and related processes in line with policy. Support the sales floor with product receiving, shipment/transfer processing, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising updates. Suggest add-on items and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and follow Loss Prevention and housekeeping standards.
