Mill Operator IV x2 (Red Dog, AK, US)

Operate and manage assigned modules in the mill at Red Dog Mine, applying deep knowledge of operational and metallurgical processes. Enforce safety and standard operating procedures, complete inspections and required safety documentation, respond to radio calls and alarms, monitor targets and screens, and adjust for tonnage/grade/recovery. Support start-up/shut-down, assist other departments, and provide training and mentoring within the mill operations competency system.
