Job Summary

Lead joint business growth for Kraft Heinz’s Hydration, Desserts, and Coffee portfolio within the Kroger Customer Business Team. Own P&L performance and annual operating plan targets across volume, revenue, margin, and trade efficiency. Drive cross-functional account strategy, omnichannel initiatives, and major business reviews while mentoring sales analysts and partners. Partner with Kroger and internal teams to identify opportunities and execute with excellence.

•Own P&L responsibility and manage account financials against an annual operating plan (volume, revenue, margin, trade efficiency).
•Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute account strategies and joint business plans, delivering sales and profit targets.
•Serve as an omnichannel thought leader by developing strategies, executing key initiatives, and achieving short- and long-term targets.
•Lead major business reviews, joint business planning, line reviews, and top-to-top meetings.
•Mentor, manage, and coach cross-functional partners and sales analysts through team building, talent development, and succession planning.

Key Requirements

•Proven people leadership experience recruiting, developing, and motivating a team.
•Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
