Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure successful execution of in-service support contract services, delivering obligations on time and meeting financial and performance targets.
  • •Manage coastal project staff across Halifax and Esquimalt, standardizing processes and coordinating with customer stakeholders.
  • •Capture and share corrective maintenance lessons learned between coasts to prevent repeat failures and ensure consistent maintenance approach.
  • •Prepare and submit monthly performance reports against SPMs, KPIs, and system health indicators; develop inputs to annual operating plans.
  • •Lead people and HS&E compliance: provide oversight and direction, coach/mentor teams, support recruitment, and ensure adherence to HS&E requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree or diploma in engineering, business administration, project management, or logistics management.
  • •10+ years of service delivery experience in a maritime or industrial environment, including projects valued over $1,000,000 CAD per year.
  • •10+ years of people management experience, including performance reviews, hiring, and development.
  • •8+ years preparing financial forecasts to keep budgets on track.
  • •Experience preparing monthly performance reporting against SPMs, KPIs, and SHIs; strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
