Job Summary

Lead SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) workstreams in large transformation programs. Own end-to-end Plan-to-Produce and Quality-to-Release delivery governance, drive fit-to-standard workshops, and configure SAP PP and SAP QM modules including inspection planning and quality notifications. Coordinate across MM, WM/EWM, SD, PM, FI/CO teams, manage master data conversion, and lead testing, cutover, and go-live/hypercare support.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead PP and QM workstreams in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, including end-to-end Plan-to-Produce, Production Execution, and Quality processes.
•Own solution design and hands-on configuration for SAP PP (Demand Management, MRP, BOMs, routings, work centers, capacity planning, production orders) and SAP QM (inspection planning, inspection types, results recording, usage decisions, quality notifications).
•Drive S/4HANA manufacturing and quality simplification adoption and guide discrete vs process manufacturing decisions.
•Lead fit-to-standard workshops, manage custom code (RICEFW) impacts, and run manufacturing and quality master data conversion/validation.
•Coordinate cross-module teams for integration, lead testing (unit testing, SIT, UAT) and defect resolution, and provide cutover planning plus go-live/hypercare support.

Key Requirements

•10–12+ years of SAP experience with hands-on expertise in SAP PP (discrete and/or process manufacturing) and SAP QM.
•At least 2–3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects in a lead role.
•Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality management processes, including S/4HANA MRP and production execution simplifications.
•Experience integrating QM with MM and PP, plus batch management, serial numbers, and inspection lot processing.
•Exposure to PP/DS and IBP is an advantage, with knowledge of LeanIX and Signavio as added advantages.
