Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily production execution for the assigned area/shift to deliver Safety, Quality, and Delivery targets.
  • •Plan and manage staffing, including operator allocation, skills matching, and workload distribution to meet takt/line priorities.
  • •Run daily tier meetings and visual management using SQDC boards, escalating blockers with data and ensuring action closure.
  • •Ensure product quality through standard work compliance, in-process checks, traceability, documentation, and immediate defect containment.
  • •Drive shopfloor continuous improvement (5S, waste removal, defect reduction, process stabilization) and support downtime/process issue resolution with Maintenance/Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •7-8+ years in manufacturing environments, including at least 2 years leading shopfloor teams with shift/area responsibility.
  • •Strong understanding of production KPIs and daily management routines (output, schedule adherence, FPY, scrap/rework, OTD/OTIF).
  • •Experience with defect containment and structured root cause analysis and action follow-up (5-Why, 8D/A3).
  • •Ability to operate in ramp-up contexts with changing priorities, shortages/constraints, and high execution intensity.
  • •Strong communication and coaching skills to lead multicultural teams and enforce standard work discipline.
