Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the senior point of contact for client program sponsors and executive collaborators, maintaining alignment on scope, timelines, and business outcomes.
  • •Develop and maintain coordinated program plans, resource allocations, RAID logs, and program-level reporting in line with delivery standards.
  • •Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and customer concerns; drive issue resolution across internal and external teams.
  • •Facilitate executive-level status updates, steering committee meetings, and post-implementation reviews; partner with Project Managers and mentor PMO team members.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 2 years managing enterprise-level SaaS, enterprise software, or professional services implementations.
  • •Ability to manage complex, multi-solution programs simultaneously with remote resources, global teams, and partner-led delivery components.
  • •Strong collaborator management skills, able to influence from project teams through C-suite sponsors.
  • •Experience working with internal delivery teams and third-party partners, including Systems Integrators (SIs) or global consulting firms.
  • •Understanding of treasury, cash management, or financial risk management processes; experience with Ripple Treasury (GTreasury), Kyriba, ION, or similar platforms is a plus.
