Job Summary

Own program-level delivery across a portfolio of concurrent Ripple Treasury implementations across the Americas. Serve as the senior point of contact for client sponsors and executive collaborators, maintaining alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes. Build and manage coordinated program plans, RAID logs, and reporting; manage cross-project dependencies and risks; and drive issue resolution with urgency. Mentor and develop the broader PMO team while partnering with Product, Engineering, Consulting, Sales, and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

•Own program-level delivery across a portfolio of concurrent Ripple Treasury implementations, coordinating progress across solutions, teams, and client partners.
•Serve as the senior point of contact for client program sponsors and executive collaborators, maintaining alignment on scope, timelines, and business outcomes.
•Develop and maintain coordinated program plans, resource allocations, RAID logs, and program-level reporting in line with delivery standards.
•Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and customer concerns; drive issue resolution across internal and external teams.
•Facilitate executive-level status updates, steering committee meetings, and post-implementation reviews; partner with Project Managers and mentor PMO team members.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 132,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 2 years managing enterprise-level SaaS, enterprise software, or professional services implementations.
•Ability to manage complex, multi-solution programs simultaneously with remote resources, global teams, and partner-led delivery components.
•Strong collaborator management skills, able to influence from project teams through C-suite sponsors.
•Experience working with internal delivery teams and third-party partners, including Systems Integrators (SIs) or global consulting firms.
•Understanding of treasury, cash management, or financial risk management processes; experience with Ripple Treasury (GTreasury), Kyriba, ION, or similar platforms is a plus.
