Senior Solutions Engineer

Serve as a customer-facing product expert who partners with Sales to articulate Grafana’s value, own technical engagement, and help close complex opportunities. Deliver product and technical presentations, drive solution conversations based on customer needs, and communicate feedback to internal product and engineering teams. Also support enablement by enhancing documentation and contributing public or private materials such as blog posts, videos, and knowledge base articles.
