Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes to ensure the store is customer-ready at all times.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues by partnering with the General Manager and escalating process or system gaps.
  • •Champion sales floor visual standards using business performance data and coordinate inventory counts and labor hours for product deliveries and sell-through.
  • •Partner with the General Manager to review and monitor budget and business metrics (e.g., expenses, sell-thru) and support quarterly planning workflows.
  • •Lead the Operations and Visual team through accountability, coaching, development, and scheduling, while overseeing Flow experience deliverables and protecting operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
  • •Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, and move throughout the store for an entire shift, including climbing stairs/ladders.
