Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
  • •Drive sales goals by cross-selling, upselling, and providing tailored recommendations to meet individual and team KPIs.
  • •Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • •Support daily store operations and inventory cycles, including cash wrap, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction processing, and shipment receiving.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
  • •Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
  • •Ability to work at a fast pace and handle physical demands including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering sales floor/stockroom.
  • •Strong English proficiency.
  • •Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including clienteling and experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
