Join the Operational Risk team within Operations to build data extraction pipelines and transform operational data into a centralized view of risk and performance. Key Responsibilities

•Build data extraction pipelines to make operational risk visible across systems, asset classes, and global markets.
•Partner with operational teams to learn their processes, systems, and data flows.
•Ensure captured data is accurate, consistent, and governed by a robust framework.
•Develop a KRI framework and oversight tool to provide clear, centralized visibility across the platform.
•Refine metrics, thresholds, and displays iteratively to keep them meaningful and useful.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
•Technically minded approach with comfort working with data, identifying patterns, and thinking systematically about processes.
•Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
•Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
•Effective communication skills to ask the right questions, flag issues clearly, and document work.
