Job Summary

Coordinate and optimize end-to-end recruiting for a global talent acquisition team, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Manage high-volume interview scheduling across time zones, support the full interview lifecycle (logistics, communications, feedback tracking), and facilitate onsite Super Days and assessments. Serve as a primary candidate point of contact while maintaining accurate ATS data in Greenhouse and other systems, and partner with recruiters on projects like pipeline management, employer branding, and diversity recruiting.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a high volume of candidate interviews across multiple time zones with precision and urgency
•Support the full interview lifecycle including scheduling, logistics, communications, and feedback tracking
•Facilitate onsite Super Days, case studies, and candidate assessments with strong attention to detail
•Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates to deliver a high-touch experience
•Track candidate progress and maintain data integrity in Greenhouse and other project management systems, and identify workflow bottlenecks to improve operations

Key Requirements

•~4+ years of experience in recruiting or HR coordination roles in a fast-paced corporate or financial services environment
•Strong project management and organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail
•Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS platforms (preferred)
•Collaborative, active contributor who thrives in a high-performance, team-oriented culture
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and excellent written and verbal communication skills
