Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers and tow drivers professionally; assist with vehicle drop-offs and direct them appropriately.
  • •Perform walk-arounds to note damage, mileage, VIN, and tag numbers, including for towed vehicles.
  • •Move vehicles between the collision shop, service drive, and lot to maintain optimal traffic flow.
  • •Support quality control test drives by retrieving, test driving, and documenting vehicles post-repair.
  • •Pick up/return loaner vehicles and assist with transporting total loss vehicles while coordinating with tow drivers to ensure safe removal.
