Job Summary

We’re seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale paid media for Appspace’s Americas region, controlling multi-channel budgets and driving pipeline and ROAS. You’ll optimize website conversion and AI-powered discovery, collaborate cross-functionally to tie spend to revenue, and continuously iterate campaigns based on data, tests, and platform changes.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and optimize paid media programs across multiple channels, continually rebalancing budgets based on pipeline contribution and cost-per-opportunity.
•Build and maintain always-on advertising programs with bursts to ensure consistent pipeline coverage throughout the fiscal year.
•Develop quarterly paid media plans grounded in buyer persona research, intent data, and competitive analysis; translate strategy into channel-specific execution plans with clear KPIs.
•Define and own paid media KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, cost-per-MQL, cost-per-opportunity, ROAS) and report progress weekly to senior leadership.
•Run structured A/B tests on ad copy, creative, audience segments, bidding strategies, and landing pages; document results and scale winners.

•Paid media expertise: 5+ years managing substantial B2B SaaS paid media budgets with demonstrated results across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
•AI-augmented execution: hands-on use of AI-driven marketing workflows for ad copy, audience modeling, bid optimization, and creative testing.
•Platform mastery: expert in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and SFDC reporting.
•ABM and intent data: practical experience using B2B intent platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Bombora) to build targeted campaigns in collaboration with Sales.
•Analytical rigor: ability to interpret multi-touch attribution, journey-aware bidding signals, and predictive analytics to guide budget decisions.
