  • •Monitor equipment performance, perform minor maintenance, and make tooling changes to keep production running efficiently.
  • •Read blueprints and work instructions; use precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards.
  • •Support equipment changeovers and first article inspections, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Collaborate with the team while following safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED.
  • •1+ years of relevant experience operating or setting up manufacturing equipment, CNC or manual machines, machining/production, industrial maintenance, mechanical assembly, or related hands-on manufacturing or skilled trade experience; or completion of a technical program in Machining, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field.
