Key Responsibilities

  • •Support design and reliability engineers at hyperscale accounts to meet and exceed customer reliability requirements.
  • •Serve as the primary reliability and quality engineering point of contact for Eaton rep sales teams and account managers.
  • •Engage with customer reliability teams to identify, assess, and resolve potential system issues.
  • •Lead 8D problem-solving and root-cause investigations with internal and customer stakeholders to drive corrective actions to timely closure.
  • •Collaborate with hyperscale and Eaton product lines to provide reliability input into product roadmaps, including DFMEA events.

Salary: USD 143,250 - 210,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum seven (7) years of electrical sales/marketing and/or application engineering experience.
  • •Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •Experience driving value-selling and consultative support in technical application/reliability contexts.
  • •Ability to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
