Job Summary

Lead the embedding of real-time analytics and agentic AI into the resilience assurance framework. Build AI-driven systems that continuously validate policy adherence, forecast compliance risks and resiliency gaps, and transform audits with anomaly detection and automated reporting. Apply AI to assess maturity, evaluate system architectures, and automate control testing, then translate insights into executive-ready advisory and a 3–5 year AI assurance roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect AI-driven systems for continuous validation of adherence to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
•Develop predictive models to forecast compliance risks, resiliency gaps, and emerging vulnerabilities.
•Deploy autonomous AI agents to simulate resiliency scenarios, monitor controls, and recommend corrective actions in real time.
•Transform compliance audits into continuous, data-driven processes with anomaly detection, automated reporting, and predictive insights.
•Deliver strategic advisory and a 3–5 year innovation roadmap for embedding AI into assurance.

Key Requirements

•Expertise in big data platforms, machine learning, and visualization tools (Python, Spark, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake).
•Strong understanding of current LLM models, integrations, and prompt engineering, including OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini.
•Proven experience deploying agentic AI, autonomous monitoring systems, and AI-driven compliance solutions.
•Understanding of resilience and compliance frameworks such as ISO 22301 and ISO 27001 (nice to have).
•Understanding of IT architecture, cloud environments, and resiliency engineering.
