Key Responsibilities

  • •Protect customer privacy and security by following privacy/security practices, fraud awareness, and compliance requirements.
  • •Process daily transactions accurately, including proper cash handling, teller differences, dual control guidelines, and maintaining cash limits.
  • •Mitigate risk by adhering to First Commonwealth Bank policies, procedures, and processes while seeking guidance as needed.
  • •Engage customers through productive conversations (inbound calls and drive thru), use marketing campaigns, and ask for referrals (Refer-A-Friend).
  • •Support customer relationships and growth by conducting service-related outbound calls, achieving call goals, and obtaining unsecured lending certification to identify non-real estate secured lending opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •2+ years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding assigned goals and delivering strong client service.
  • •Excellent communications skills with a passion for helping others and solutions-based sales skills, including relationship-building in a complex, dynamic environment.
  • •Technologically savvy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet, mobile technology, and bank systems.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability/willingness to travel regionally.
