Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and own critical systems of the Fabric Gateway from the ground up — this is founding-level engineering work.
•Lead architecture decisions for distributed systems that need to be fast, reliable, and correct at scale — handling high request volumes across a diverse ecosystem of services.
•Drive technical direction and make high-leverage decisions; you’ll be setting patterns the rest of the team follows.
•Own observability, performance, and reliability end-to-end — SLA targets, monitoring, and on-call are your personal responsibility, not a handoff.
•Participate in design and code reviews, raise engineering standards, and mentor fellow engineers.

•Proficiency in Go. Strong fundamentals in systems programming and performance-sensitive code.
•Solid grasp of security primitives: mTLS, JWT, OAuth 2.0, RBAC/ABAC.
