Job Summary

Bridge strategy and execution by translating vision and annual priorities into project mandates, portfolio governance, and OKR/scorecard performance. Manage cross-project dependencies, stage gates, and executive reporting through a single source of truth dashboard. Own FP&A oversight and capital allocation support, align human-capital growth with budgets, and help design operating-model and process improvements, including enterprise digital transformation and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate corporate strategy, moonshots, and annual priorities into decision-ready project mandates, surfacing risks, trade-offs, and execution realities.
•Maintain a living enterprise-wide view of the portfolio; run portfolio governance (prioritisation frameworks, stage gates, decision forums) and coordinate cross-project dependencies.
•Set, review, and approve project/portfolio goals using OKRs and scorecards; track KPIs and create early-warning indicators for at-risk initiatives.
•Build and maintain FP&A views (budgets, spend, forecasts, variance) and partner with Finance and HR to align capital and human-capital growth with budget.
•Design and evolve the operating model and processes; support digital transformation tool adoption, working with AI tools to contribute to AI-enabled operational improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA/MSc is a plus.
•3–5 years of experience spanning both strategy and delivery, such as from a top-tier consulting firm plus PMO/program/project-management or strategy-execution roles.
•Project/portfolio-management certification advantage (PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum).
•Strong FP&A/financial acumen with comfort managing budgets, forecasts, and variance and supporting capital allocation decisions.
•Experience with operating-model design and/or enterprise digital transformation, including adoption of new tools and platforms.
