Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead BFSI & Finance Operations industry pre-sales motions on strategic EMEA accounts, partnering with Account Executives from qualification through commercial close.
  • •Own business cases, ROI models, and industry narratives for Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and Finance Operations opportunities across EMEA and the Middle East.
  • •Design and deliver executive-level discovery workshops and translate business pain into agentic AI and intelligent automation solution roadmaps.
  • •Serve as the named BFSI industry expert on RFPs, RFIs, and strategic pursuits, leading responses to procurement and technical evaluation processes.
  • •Shape high-level solution architectures for APA and related modalities, guide POC scoping and success criteria, maintain knowledge of platform internals and integrations, and develop BFSI vertical playbooks and thought leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in BFSI, Insurance, or Finance Operations, combining practitioner experience with consulting or technology sales experience.
  • •Deep industry knowledge across Banking & Capital Markets, Financial Services, and/or Insurance, with ability to speak the buyer’s language as a practitioner.
  • •Experience leading enterprise architecture conversations, whiteboard solution designs, and scoping POCs involving RPA, AI Agents, LLM integration, and enterprise platform integrations (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
  • •Working knowledge of agentic process automation concepts including agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop workflows, document intelligence, and co-pilot patterns (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or ServiceNow experience is an asset).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (CFA, FRM, ACCA, MBA) are a plus.
