Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor (JD) and 5+ years of legal experience.
  • •5+ years of legal practice experience in the insurance area (JD plus insurance practice).
  • •Experience reviewing legal pleadings and determining coverage, liability, and exposure, including reserving.
  • •Experience in insurance claims within the insurance legal and regulatory environment.
  • •Negotiation, customer service experience, and Microsoft Office experience.
