Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead operations and maintenance/engineering for bulk & specialty gas systems, chemical distribution, UPW, process cooling water, wastewater treatment, electrical systems, building infrastructure HVAC, and cleanroom environmental systems.
  • •Serve as first responder for site-wide facilities and hook-up incidents; lead corrective and preventive actions following incidents, audits, or near-misses.
  • •Maintain cleanroom environmental control (temperature, humidity, pressure, contamination control) and coordinate filter maintenance, airflow verification, and critical environmental alarms.
  • •Establish preventive and corrective maintenance programs, track and improve KPIs (uptime, MTBF, response time, safety metrics, PM compliance), and perform root-cause analysis (RCA) for utility-related excursions.
  • •Lead facility commissioning and expansion support, manage facilities budget and vendor contracts/SLA alignment, and represent the site during customer audits, ISO, EHSS, and certification reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or equivalent.
  • •12–15+ years of experience in semiconductor fab facilities or similar high-reliability industrial environments.
  • •Working knowledge of gases, chemicals, UPW, wastewater systems, electrical systems, HVAC, and cleanroom facilities.
  • •Experience leading mission-critical operations with a safety-first mindset and strong incident/emergency management.
  • •Familiarity with local and international EHSS standards applicable to semiconductor fabs.
