Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate internally with brokers and specialists to develop findings and solutions.
  • •Serve as a trusted external advisor to private equity firms and target companies, communicating findings daily.
  • •Analyze and provide technical input on insurance coverage, claims history, collateral, insurance-related financial expense, surety bonds, and insurance sections of draft purchase agreements.
  • •Prepare due diligence reports, spreadsheets, proposals, and client presentations; identify transaction issues and coordinate resolution with other advisors.
