Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform manufacturing and assembly tasks to meet industry standards and customer specifications.
  • •Support developing, building, and testing new products, prototypes, or processes; operate equipment in-factory or remotely.
  • •Collect and evaluate operating data, adjust equipment, and optimize production efficiency.
  • •Set up and operate equipment according to SOPs and good manufacturing practices; support installation and basic maintenance.
  • •Maintain raw material availability, perform quality checks, drive process improvements, and keep production logs and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold SPM / STPM / a Professional Certificate / Non-Technical Diploma.
  • •Be ready for regular on-site work in a 12-hour rotating shift pattern, including weekends and/or overtime when required.
  • •Have basic computer literacy and basic English reading, comprehension, and communication skills.
  • •Be physically able to perform routine manufacturing tasks safely, including standing and handling ~5kg materials.
  • •Demonstrate teamwork, independent work when needed, and a problem-solving mindset for basic production troubleshooting.
