  • •Overseeing contract drafting, review and negotiation, including complex and sensitive agreements
  • •Supervising litigation, disputes and relationships with external legal counsel

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified solicitor or barrister with a relevant legal degree
  • •Minimum 5–7 years’ post-qualification experience
  • •Proven experience leading legal teams within an in-house environment
  • •Experience within a listed company (FTSE 250 or equivalent)
  • •Strong regulatory and compliance experience
