Head of Legal and Regulatory (MG)

Lead the legal function for Helios Towers in Madagascar, acting as principal advisor to the Managing Director and Company Secretary. Design and implement the company’s legal strategy and governance, manage regulatory/compliance risk, oversee contract drafting/negotiation, supervise litigation, and coordinate stakeholder relationships with regulators, investors, banks and public institutions across multi-market operations in Africa and the Middle East.
