Job Summary

Develop technical mastery in leather manufacturing through a structured 18-month graduate program. Work across 3 missions in 3 different tanneries in France (and/or Italy), covering tanning, dyeing, and finishing, with cross-functional exposure to Quality, R&D, HSE, and RSE. Key Responsibilities

•Master the technical leather manufacturing process, including tanning, dyeing, and finishing.
•Gain cross-functional visibility across Quality, R&D, HSE, and RSE functions.
•Prepare for management through training in team animation.
•Participate in 3 missions across 3 tanneries and multiple leather filières (including calf, large bovine, exotic, and goat).
•Work with dedicated tutors/mentors and central HR follow-up throughout the program.

•Final-year student (Bac+5) from an engineering school (generalist, chemistry, process engineering, agronomy, etc.).
•Strong interest in a highly technical and artisan craft environment.
