Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze domestic and international games and gaming industry trends to set product direction and assess feasibility.
  • •Design core gameplay and establish game structure, logic rules, system functions, values, interfaces, and user consumption systems.
  • •Collaborate with Studio Director and cross-functional teams (programmers and artists) to coordinate resources and ensure project goals.
  • •Solicit feedback with the User Research Manager and other team members, and use it to iterate on designs.
  • •Guide and supervise the development process, maintain design quality, and drive gameplay experience to launch readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6 years of game design experience as a Senior Game Designer; 2+ years in a Lead Designer role is preferred.
  • •Proven experience as a lead or key designer for successful free-to-play domestic games, and experience across the full project development process.
  • •Strong technical understanding of game development, with the ability to design systems and tools.
  • •Deep knowledge of Chinese gamers, including how they play and their spending habits, plus familiarity with leading market games.
  • •Skillful in using game design software and able to communicate ideas clearly (English is a plus).
