Job Summary

Lead the global international manufacturing network by defining and evolving manufacturing strategy in partnership with site leadership. •Define, champion, and continuously evolve the global manufacturing strategy with site leadership to meet safety, quality, performance, competitiveness, and growth objectives.
•Incorporate geopolitical considerations into strategic decisions to ensure security of supply and resilience of the manufacturing network.
•Provide governance for the global manufacturing strategic portfolio, including five-year plans, capital investments, operating expenditures, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
•Guide strategic decisions on global manufacturing capacity, asset utilization, manufacturing footprint, and workforce planning for senior leadership.
•Lead transformation initiatives and establish governance frameworks, performance metrics, and management systems to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
•10+ years of experience in aerospace operational manufacturing environments.

•Strong leadership skills to coach, mobilize teams, and drive operational targets and metrics.
•Knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
